How long have you been skating?

On and off for 5 years. But really 4 months of actual derby.

 

Why do you play?

I fell in love with the idea of getting aggressive. But it has turned into so much more. I love the fitness and how it makes my body strong. But I love the mental strength as well. I love the people and encouragement from this community. And it's very humbling with warm fuzzies at the same time. I do it for my mental and physical health.

 

What's a great song to skate to?

Any metal.

 

 

What's your favorite derby memory?

I don't have one!!! Every practice I make a new one! Everyone I put my skates on and learn something new about myself and my fellow skaters. Every time something clicks in my head!

 

What's your favorite Coastal Chaos memory?

Having the honor of awarding the Eye of the Storm trophy.
